Genes Are Not The Problem, It's The Food Genius - Waking Times « Waking Times This is an article worth reading. We need to WAKE UP and demand that our food supply is healthy. Purchasing food at a "Health Food Store" seems to be more expensive and it is. The bottom line is, you pay now or you pay later with poor health. Allergies, arthritis, intestinal disorders, cancer, MS, Lupus, diabetes, and many other serious health disorders stem from what we eat. I wish we all could eat the food my grandmother prepared for her family. Simple whole foods. It is just that simple. With modern means of shopping, we have compromised our health. Grow your own food, purchase from a whole foods store or your local FARMERS MARKET. Probably one of the best decisions you can make for you and your family. wakingtimes.com Our quality of food, activity levels and family structure is essentially killing this generation of human beings.
