[09/04/20]   Good News! We will be opening the Fitness Center again on Wednesday September 9th. Per the governors orders, masks will be required at all times, capacity will be limited to 5 members at a time, and machines must be cleaned after each use. The equipment has been reconfigured to ensure social distancing.

We are not requiring appointments but are asking sessions be limited to 1 hour. There are a few other changes which we will discuss with you when we see you again!

[03/16/20]   Due to the Executive Order effective Monday, March 16th our Fitness center will be closed until March 30th, 2020.

Our Physical Therapy clinic will remain open.

Silver Sneakers is a free fitness program offered through Tivity Health and Medicare.

Silver & Fit membership is available to Medicare-eligible individuals who are enrolled in specific Priority Health plans. If you qualify, you receive a fitness center membership at no cost. To find out whether you can take advantage of this benefit, please contact your health insurance provider or just stop in & our staff will be happy to check your eligibility!
